Villa Evanthia is an newly built villa in split-level with private pool run by the Paraschakis family and it has so many things to offer.
The villa is situated in a landscape of unique beauty with nice views of Cretan mountains, in peaceful area and just a 300 meter walk from restaurants and mini markets at Melidoni village.

When you walk in the garden gate you have a beautiful garden with grass and colourful flowers on your right and to your left you have a 40 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun beds for your relaxation. Looking further into the garden you will also see a barbecue area and a wood burning oven, ideal for lamb, chicken and potatoes. There is also a private parking on site.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a juice maker, a kettle, a toaster and more.
In the livingroom there is a fireplace with flat-screen TV and DVD player, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a small storage. The ground floor and the outdoor space (pool area, barbeque area, and parking) have access for disabled guests.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with one double bed and a balcony. The second bedroom has three single beds and a balcony. And the third bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. There is also a third bathroom on the first floor with a washing machine.

It is possible to rent the Villa Evanthia from five to ten people.
The Town and the Venecian Port of Rethymno are situated 27 km from the property, while Heraklion International Airport is 60 km away.
The Village of Perama is 4 km away from the property and the famous Melidoni Cave is at a distance of 2 km.
The next Hospital is situated in Rethymno and in Heraklion the University Hospital.
